Event Horizon.
A calendar without a grid. Time sits on a horizon instead of in boxes, so what's close is low and bright, and what's far off is faint and high.
The idea
Where it sits is when it is.
A month in a grid tells you almost nothing until you read it. Every box is the same size whether it holds a dentist appointment or nothing at all, and the thing happening tonight looks exactly like the thing happening in five weeks.
Event Horizon drops the grid and puts everything on a horizon. Tonight sits down on the water, bright and close. Two months out is a faint point high in the sky. Left to right is the clock, and a bar sweeps across once a day, so the moment something starts is where that bar meets the water.

No grid, no scrolling through weeks. Height and position carry the whole schedule, so the shape of a month registers before you read a single word.

Where something sits left to right is the time of day it starts. How high it floats is how long you'll wait. One position, two readings.
Your own sky
Palettes per project, and the same Daylight and Nocturne switch as everything else here. Ambient Key drives it.
Quietly connected
The plan is to read from calendars you already keep, rather than asking you to move house. Nothing to migrate, nothing new to maintain.
No launch date yet. It gets worked on between client projects, which is exactly the pace it deserves.
